What do you love most about being part of Hightower Austin?
I love the productivity and collaboration of all our team. We all bring different perspectives to the table when discussing strategies and pipelines to find solutions for our evolving client relationships. I enjoy getting to know all our clients and building long-term relationships with them and their families. Hightower Austin is a team made up of remarkable people, and I am truly honored to be a part of it.
What qualities of yours make you well suited for your role at Hightower Austin?
I credit my tenacious curiosity to being resourceful and meticulous in my work. I am dependable and determined to ensure pipelines, projects, tasks, and anything in between are processed diligently and effectively.
What hobbies or interests do you have outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, going to concerts, traveling, exploring new restaurants, record stores, and breweries.
If you had to choose another career, what would you do and why?
I’d likely choose an attorney. I’ve always been curious about the judicial system as a whole and how it all works. I’ve watched too many episodes of Law & Order over the years!
What’s one experience you wish you could do all over again?
Travel all over the Greek mainland again. I visited Greek temples, some islands, and many archaeological sites throughout the country. A tour guide led us into a sacred remote cave on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
If you could live anywhere besides Austin, where would you live and why?
Mexico City. It is one of the most important cultural and financial centers in the world. A mix of modern and colonial architecture. Not to mention the kind locals, exquisite cuisine and more. It really is jaw dropping!

Viviana began her financial services career at Citibank N.A. Banking in 2010. Branching out to the investment side, she joined Merrill Lynch in 2017 as a Senior GWIM Operations Representative thereafter.
She then took on a Client Service Associate role at LourdMurray in Los Angeles in 2020. As of September 2024, Viviana is Hightower Austin’s newest team member.
