Hightower Trust Company performs the duties associated with administering your trust, such as payment of trust expenses, calculating required distributions to beneficiaries, and exercising distribution discretion, filing trust income tax returns, and providing trust tax reporting for beneficiaries’ personal income tax returns.

Security-Based Lines of Credit
Instead of selling your portfolio assets to access cash, a security-based line of credit (SBLC) allows you to borrow money using your investment portfolio as collateral. The amount you can borrow depends on the value of your account and type of securities owned. The interest charged on borrowed assets is variable and can fluctuate based on market conditions.
